In the future, Detroit is a crime ridden dystopia.  Omni Consumer-Products, a giant soulless corporation takes a terminally wounded cop and creates a powerful cyborg policeman.  Now RoboCop must deal with the rampaging gangs, his returning  memories and corporate turf wars.

OCP had originally built a Enforcement Droid, ED-209, planning to test in the Detroit streets before selling it to the military. But when something goes fatally wrong, the president is open to alternative plans.  Enter Bob Morton with the RoboCop project.

 

Miguel is Bob Morton, arrogant, ruthless and opportunistic. The success of his project comes at the cost of the project of a vice-president even more ruthless than Bob. Bob discovers this about 15 seconds prior to his particularly messy death. Now RoboCop is slated to follow his creator into oblivion.
